alright so it's about 20 years after naruto shippuden Most of the main characters are dea xcept for Oroch, Lee, Gaara, Shika and a few others, akatsuki and Oroch are basically at war with eachother and most of the shinobi are in hiding except for the mist

Hiritaka was the servant of the seas. He would save all fish from the danger of humans. Until the day he was sealed on a young boy (Nakudo) by the village priest.

Abilities: Better hearing (like in the ocean), Faster, 2nd chakra supply(dark blue), breaths longer in water, regenration,water wings and mastery of Water/mist
