Dagger that takes an amount of chakra (depending on how powerful you want it) and turns the chakra into lightning, fire, water, or rock, wich then surrounds the blade... The color of the line (wich has nothing to do with strength) is fire: red lightning:white water:blue and rock:black..... you can change it whenever you want, but you have to use more chakra each time... (did i do it right?)
