alright so it's about 20 years after naruto shippuden Most of the main characters are dea xcept for Oroch, Lee, Gaara, Shika and a few others, akatsuki and Oroch are basically at war with eachother and most of the shinobi are in hiding except for the mist

1.No god modding
2.only kages and Top class Med ninjas may revive
3. Must have original Character page
4. Genins-Jounin can only have one summoning monster,Special Jounin and anbu may have 2,and Kages may have 3
5.Cursing maybe allowed to a certain point
6.respect all members
